Defeating South Africa Team India won 8 out of 8 matches in ICC ODI World Cup with 16 point and topped the table in ICC ODI World Cup 2023.
Batting first Team India scored 326 runs in Edan Garden, Kolkata credit goes to the all time GOT, Virat Kohli scored 101 runs followed by Shreyash Layer 77. On the eve of his Birthday Virat has scored his 49th century and leveled with master blaster Sachin Tendulkar’s record. Ravinda Jadeja has taken 5 wickets in 33 runs while Kuldip and Sami 2-2 each forced Team South Africa 83 all out.
