Aditya -L1 ISRO Mission Sun

India and ISRO ( Indian Space Research Centre) under the leadership of Great PM Narendra Modi jee have proved that east of west, earth or Moon, India is the best after successfully completing” Mission Moon, Chandaryaan 3.

Chandrayaan 3 has launched from the Satish Dhawan Space Centre in Sriharikota, Andhra Pradesh, at 2.35 PM IST on Friday, 14nth July 2023. It has taken 40 days to successfully land on the Moon on 23rd August 2023., 6.4 PM and became the 4th nation to successfully land on the Moon after the USSR, the U.S., and China but 1st to land in the south pole of the Moon.

The Landing Point of Chandrayaan 3 is named as “Shiv-Shakti Point” and 23rd Aug. Chandrayaan 3 landing date as ” Indian Space Day” By PM Narendra Modi Jee addressing Team ISRO.

Now after the success of Chandrayaan 3 ISRO has launched it’s first Mission to Sun as Aditya-L1 on September 2. This is the first space-based Indian observatory to study the Sun from ISRO, which lifted of Today on September 2, 2023, at 11:50 IST from Satish Dhawan Space Center in Sriharikota.

It will travel 1.5 million km (932,000 miles) from the Earth – 1% of the Earth-Sun distance.

According to ISRO, Mission Sun, Aditya-L1 will take four months to cover the distance of 1.5 million kilometers to Sun from Earth.

ISRO confirmed that “The SUITs of Aditya L1 payloads are expected to provide the most crucial information to understand the problem of coronal heating, coronal mass ejection (CME), pre-flare and flare activities and their characteristics, dynamics of space weather, propagation of particle and fields etc,”
