everytime for failure the person is not responsible sometimes wrong environment destroy us and make us a looser.
So choose your company wishely, when a drop of water falls on hot plate lost its existence, same drop water falls on lotus leaf look like a pearl and same drop of water falls on yoster became a pearl.
the value of water changes according to environment so always befriend with good people who love to see you grow and whose eyes lights up see you coming.
you can also take lesson from Mahabharata as Arjuna and Duryodhana teacher was Dronacharya but they befriend with different people. Arjuna befriend with Lord Krishna and Duryodhana with Sakuni resulted Duryodhana destroyed himself and Arjuno created history.
So never befriend with wrong people because they will break you into pieces and rip apart which will take decades to get repair.
